David Pickering MBA
David Pickering is a Director at CCL Property. Having spent 6 years serving as a Commissioned Officer in the Submarine Service of the Royal Navy he graduated from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration, specialising in Corporate Finance and going on to work with HSBC and National Australia Group plc.
Responsible for the day to day operation of CCL David also carries out all business valuations for both commercial and residential clients, recognising that the needs of every client is different he formulates bespoke strategies to suit the individual needs and circumstances of each client.
David is happy to have an informal discussion about business market appraisal and valuation.
David is qualified to the Level 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
Coralie Pickering MBA
Coralie Pickering is one of the Directors for CCL Property. Having completed 13 years as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy and then went onto to graduate from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration. She specialised in Strategy, Finance and Change Management.
Coralie’s main role within CCL is to negotiate business sales on behalf of our clients. She brings a wealth of experience and has a well-established professional team of solicitors, commercial finance brokers and insurers that she works closely with. Always putting her clients first she has an enviably track record of completing sales.
Coralie is qualified to the Level 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management..
Residential Property Manager
Having joined CCL property in 2014 Audrey Pope heads up our Residential Property Sales Department. She has spent the majority of her career working as the Property Manager for a leading Estate Agent and Solicitor in Aberdeen. Audrey brings with her a wealth of experience in property appraisal and valuation, negotiations and sales. With an excellent support team Audrey’s main aim is to maximise value for her clients.

Commercial Sales Manager
Sam Grant is the newest member of our team joining us as we all move forward from lockdown. Sam comes with a strong background in sales within the luxury goods sector. He will undertake the role of Commercial Sales Manager. He is looking forward to getting to know all our existing clients and sourcing new businesses to market for sale.

Claire has joined CCL as our Business Development Manager and will be the first point of contact for clients looking to sell their business. Claire comes with significant commercial experience gained from the media industry and a great deal of experience across a wide range of businesses.

Residential Sales Negotiator
Kerry joined CCL in 2018 and quickly established herself as a valuable member of our team. Recently promoted to Residential Sales Negotiator she will be on hand to discuss any of your sales questions. Curently working towards her Level 6 Award in the Sales of Residential Property. She has a wealth of customer service experience gained from the service sector. A key team member she also can assist with all Residential and Commercial Departments. Often the first person you will speak to when calling CCL Kerry will be able to guide your call and answer any initial queries you may have.

Angela joined CCL in August 2018 as our Accounts Administrator and is in charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable. Angela brings a wealth of experience to the team gained from a extensive years of commercial experience in a wide variety of accounting roles. Parker the Dog
Parker The Bernese Mountain Dog joined CCL in January 2017. Although he has no estate agency experience whatsoever he makes a keen and highly motivated apprentice with a great eye for photography and marketing opportunities. Parker can often be seen in the CCL car assisting with navigation as we drive to meet clients in Moray and across Scotland. Attentive at all times Parker realises that selling or buying a home and or business is a stressful time and is happy to chew the fat with anyone he meets.
