Become a landlord - things to consider

  • Our tenancy agreements are legally compliant and easy to understand and all referencing is carried out at no cost to you.
  • We will ensure that your property and tenancies are compliant with all required legislation.
  • We will also contact the relevant utilities companies on your behalf and ensure that billing is handled correctly.
  • Our fees are completely transparent and there are no hidden charges, we charge a set-up fee and fixed monthly rent collection and management fees (where appropriate).

For your further peace of mind, we are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, Scottish Association of Landlords and Landlord Accreditation Scotland and abide by their strict codes of conduct. In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with any aspect of our service, they are able to provide independent adjudication and redress.
