Coralie Pickering is the Commercial Sales Director for CCL property.  Having completed 13 years as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy and then went onto to graduate from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration.  She specialised in Strategy, Finance and Change Management.

Coralie’s main role within CCL is to negotiate business sales on behalf of our clients.   She brings a wealth of experience and has a well-established professional team of solicitors, commercial finance brokers and insurers that she works closely with.  Always putting her clients first she has an enviably track record of completing sales.

David PickeringDavid Pickering MBA

David Pickering is a Director at CCL Property.  Having spent 6 years serving as a Commissioned Officer in the Submarine Service of the Royal Navy he graduated from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration, specialising in Corporate Finance and going on to work with HSBC and National Australia Group plc.

Responsible for the day to day operation of CCL David also carries out all business valuations for  both commercial and residential clients, recognising that the needs of every client is different he formulates bespoke strategies to suit the individual needs and circumstances of each client.

Audrey Pope

Audrey Pope

Having joined CCL property in 2014 Audrey Pope heads up our Residential Property Sales and Lettings Department.  She has spent the majority of her career working as the Property Manager for a leading Estate Agent and Solicitor in Aberdeen.  Audrey brings with her a wealth of experience in property appraisal and valuation, negotiations and sales. With an excellent support team Audrey’s main aim is to maximise value for her clients.

Sarah CravenSarah Craven SLA

Sarah Craven joined CCL in 2014 having spent over 10 years as a senior cashier with a prominent law firm and estate agents in Moray and Nairn. Sarah not only manages the accounting function within the company but also actively manages the residential letting portfolio on behalf of our landlords. This includes tenant referencing, inventory management, property inspections, credit control and rent reviews. With laws always changing for renting properties Sarah makes sure our landlords are always up to date and fully compliant.

Michelle RourkeMichelle Rourke

Currently working toward her BA in Business and Marketing with the Open University Michelle Rourke is a Sales Negotiator within CCL and supports both the Commercial and Residential departments.  She is fully involved in the marketing of all our residential properties and businesses for sale with CCL and handles the majority of initial sale enquiries.  An efficient and proactive member of our team Michelle is always happy to help with any initial query and will always ensure you reach the right person.

Glynis FergusonGlynis Ferguson

Glynis Fergusson BA (Hons) joined CCL in 2013 from a highly regarded law firm in Aberdeen, a qualified paralegal and with a wealth of property experience. Glynis is a Commercial Associate and manages a portfolio of commercial and business clients. Her main role is to know her clients businesses in depth and match potential buyers with a range of business opportunities across Scotland. She has an excellent professional network and works closely with solicitors, accountants, brokers and banks.

Parker the DogParker the Dog

Parker The Bernese Mountain Dog joined CCL in January 2017. Although he has no estate agency experience whatsoever he makes a keen and highly motivated apprentice with a great eye for photography and marketing opportunities. Parker can often be seen in the CCL car assisting with navigation as we drive to meet clients in Moray and across Scotland. Attentive at all times Parker realises that selling or buying a home and or business is a stressful time and is happy to chew the fat with anyone he meets.
